Exchanges and Store Credit are available within 30 days with a receipt and only if the product is un-open and in re-sellable condition.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Sorry, an order cannot be modified or canceled after it's been processed. Email us at brooksidetoy@gmail.com as soon as possible, to let us know your preference on credit or exchange. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible. Items damaged in transit can not be returned for exchange or store credit.
